Working as a production coordinator for Season 2 of TGL came with many challenges and setbacks, but it became an opportunity for me to learn and grow. I took on a much bigger role than I had anticipated, and despite the long days and many stressful decisions, I am a more well-rounded individual and more confident leader because of it.

Responsibilities

-Hotels/travel management

-On-site crew/guests logistics

-Manage schedules/memos

-Print/distribute rundowns, course sheets, VIP info, in-house scripts, and much more

-Manage show producer binder

-Work alongside partnerships team/AD to ensure sponsorship needs are fulfilled

-Assist on-site SportsCenter

-Helped produce Jason Kelce and Scott Van Pelt segments

-Sat in the production truck for every show, helping distribute updates to talent/crew

My favorite responsibility was acting as our fake Marty Smith and interview fake golfers during our full run-through rehearsal match.
